Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily rounds on inpatients to assess status and plan care.
• Prescribe, coordinate, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate transitions to aftercare with families and physicians.
• Develop care and discharge plans with case management.
