Job summary

Affirmed Home Care, Inc. in Wilton, CT is seeking a Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) for in-home care of a 6-year-old child.

This per diem position offers 12-hour shifts and competitive pay of $55.00 per hour, with the flexibility of a home-based pediatric assignment. Ideal candidates hold a Connecticut RN license, current BLS, and have experience with trach care and NG tubes, plus at least one year in pediatric nursing, either in home or acute care settings.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and experienced Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) to provide dedicated one-on-one nursing care for a 6-year-old female client in Wilton, Connecticut.

This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about pediatric care and has the specialized clinical skills to provide safe, attentive, and individualized care in a comfortable home environment.

Available Shifts

• 12-hour day shifts
• 12-hour overnight shifts
• Weekend shifts
• Week day shifts

Required Qualifications

• Active Connecticut Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS certification
• Previous , tracheostomy (trach), and NG tube experience REQUIRED
• Minimum of one year of recent pediatric nursing experience in a acute care or home care setting
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Physical completed within the last 12 months
• Current TB screening (PPD or QuantiFERON within one year) or chest X-ray, if applicable
