Pediatric Associates of Arlington Heights is seeking a qualified, compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. This part-time position offers 16-28 hours per week with weekend rotation and weekday shifts.

You’ll provide direct patient care, triage calls, administer immunizations, educate families, and help maintain EMR systems. Required: Illinois RN license, CPR, EPIC/EMR experience preferred, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Knowledge of EPIC or EMR systems preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• At least two years nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Room and prepare patients for scheduled appointments.
• Administer direct patient care as ordered by physician.
• Manage and document incoming patient calls using structured triage and home care advice tools.
• Manage incoming MyChart messages under structured triage and home care tools.
• Prepare and administer immunizations and other medical treatments in the office.
• Provide education and support to patients and families under the direction of physicians.
• Plan and prioritize patient care throughout the day.
• Light cleaning of exam rooms.
• Stock exam rooms with essential medical supplies.
