Job summary

Advocare LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver professional nursing care in a clinical setting. You will assess patient health needs, administer treatments, coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and provide education to patients and families.

Active RN license is required; a BSN is preferred, and at least one year of nursing experience is desirable. Flexible hours per week are estimated at 15–20 hours, with standard office procedures and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• RN degree required; BSN preferred.
• Minimum one-year professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides general nursing care to patients.
• May administer prescribed medications, immunizations and treatments in accordance with nursing standards.
• Maintains exam rooms and prepares medical supplies.
• Assists physicians during treatment and testing.
• Observes and reports patient condition and reaction to drugs/treatments.
• Educates patients and families about procedures, medications, nutrition and wellness.
• Ensures patient intake flow in emergencies and greets patients for examination.
• Maintains and reviews patient records and test results.
• Responds to patient inquiries and relays treatment instructions.
• Adheres to infection control and confidentiality policies.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by providers and management.
