Job summary

Nemours is seeking a Registered Nurse in Philadelphia, PA to provide clinically competent pediatric and family-centered care in the primary and/or specialty clinics. The RN will partner with clinical providers and the interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, evidence-based care for children with moderate to complex health needs.

The role includes office-based nursing, telephone triage, medication administration, and guidance to new graduates.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree requirements: ADN/ Diploma or equivalent; BSN must be completed within 3–4 years.
• Current AHA Healthcare Provider certification required.
• Certified Pediatric Nurse (CPN) required; PALS may be required based on designation.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily patient care and assessments in pediatric primary or specialty care.
• Support clinics at Nemours locations in the Delaware Valley.
• Collaborate with clinical provider and interdisciplinary team to plan care.
• Administer medications safely as prescribed.
• Mentor new graduates and students.
