Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or diploma in nursing; BSN must be completed within 3–4 years of hire.
• Current AHA Healthcare Provider certification is required.
• Certified Pediatric Nurse (CPN) is preferred; additional certification may be required.

• Independently develops, implements, evaluates, and modifies clinical practice to meet patient and family needs.
• Collects and interprets complex patient data and provides care planning with the clinical team.
• Serves as a coach to new graduates and clinical students; assists with triage and guidance.
• Safely administers medications as prescribed by the provider; collaborates with the care team.
• Participates in unit-based governance and improves clinical practice through evidence-based care.
