Job summary

Nemours is seeking an RN to join our team in Ardmore, PA. The Registered Nurse provides pediatric and family-centered care in primary and specialty settings, collaborating with providers and an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care.

The role supports clinics across the Delaware Valley, performs assessments, administers medications, and mentors new graduates. A BSN must be completed within 3–4 years of hire, and certification in pediatric nursing is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or diploma in nursing; BSN must be completed within 3–4 years.
• Current AHA Healthcare Provider certification.
• Certified Pediatric Nurse (CPN); Additional certification (i.e. PALS) may be required.
• 1–3 years of relevant nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric and family-centered nursing care in primary or specialty care settings.
• Assess and treat patients in collaboration with clinicians and interdisciplinary team.
• Support Nemours clinics across the Delaware Valley.
• Administer medications safely as prescribed and monitor patient responses.
