Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Pediatrics RN to supervise nursing staff, coordinate care on shift, weekends and holidays, and ensure quality patient care. The RN will perform assessments, plan and implement care using the nursing process, and collaborate with physicians and clinicians.

Active RN licensure and BLS are required; ACLS/PALS may be required depending on unit. Degree in nursing required, BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff on shift, including weekends and holidays.
