H2 Health Kids in Amarillo, TX is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. The role focuses on implementing structured treatment plans designed to improve communication, social interaction, daily living skills, and adaptive behavior in a pediatric outpatient setting.

You will collect and record data, track progress, and adjust interventions as needed while collaborating with families to promote skill

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort working one-on-one with children with autism.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children in accordance with individualized behavior plans.
• Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction strategies.
• Collect and record data accurately during therapy sessions.
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA regarding progress and observations.
• Partner with families to encourage skill generalization.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.
• Contribute to a positive, team-based clinical environment.
