H2 Health Kids in Amarillo, TX is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. The role focuses on implementing structured treatment plans designed to improve communication, social interaction, daily living skills, and adaptive behavior in a pediatric outpatient setting.

You will collect and record data, track progress, and adjust interventions as needed while collaborating with families to promote skill

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort working one-on-one with children with autism.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction strategies.
• Collect and record data accurately during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Full-Time or Part-Time | Amarillo, Texas

At H2 Health Kids, we believe great care begins with great clinicians.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in our outpatient pediatric setting, you will provide direct, one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental needs. You will work closely with a supervising BCBA to implement structured, individualized treatment plans designed to improve communication, social interaction, adaptive behavior, and daily living skills in a supportive and engaging environment.

Your Role:

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children in accordance with individualized behavior plans
• Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction strategies
• Collect and record data accurately during therapy sessions

Requirements:

Compensation ranging from: $16.00- $18.00 per hour Performance-based bonus opportunities
