Job summary

H2 Health is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Lubbock, TX to provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children in our outpatient pediatric setting. You will work under a supervising BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans that improve communication, social interaction, adaptive behavior, and daily living skills.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, ethical practice, and reliability in data collection within a supportive clinic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Active RBT certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort working one-on-one with children with autism.
• Commitment to ethical ABA services.

Responsibilities

At H2 Health Kids we believe great care begins with great clinicians. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in our outpatient pediatric setting, you will provide direct, one‑on‑one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental needs.

You will work closely with a supervising BCBA to implement structured, individualized treatment plans designed to improve communication, social interaction, adaptive behavior, and daily living skills in a supportive and engaging environment.

Your Role:

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children in accordance with individualized behavior plans
• Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction strategies
• Collect and record data accurately during therapy sessions
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA regarding progress and observations
• Partner with families to encourage skill generalization
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards

Compensation:
