Job summary

Amenity ABA Center is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to work under the supervision of a BCBA in our Stafford, TX clinic. You will provide clinical skills instruction and implement behavior reduction protocols for children with autism and related needs.

We offer full-time roles with benefits after 90 days and a supportive team that values integrity, accountability and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• RBT Certification awarded through the BACB.
• Experience with pediatric, autistic and developmentally disabled clients.
• Great customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with patients in clinic.
• Collaborate with therapists to assist with behavioral needs.
• Implement treatment plans with fidelity and prepare program materials.
• Collect and maintain data and clinical notes.
• Participate in ongoing training, evaluations and meetings.
• Communicate with colleagues and families as needed.
• Follow ethical codes of conduct.
