Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Pediatric Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct therapy under supervision, implementing behavior plans and skill-building activities for individuals with developmental disabilities.

The role involves working in homes, schools, or community settings, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with BCBAs, parents, and the care team to ensure consistent, evidence-based treatments.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 60 days of hire.
• Completed a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to demonstrate RBT job essentials.
• Experience working with autism and related disabilities or behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABAs and behavior intervention plans with direct one-on-one therapy.
• Document and maintain client session records, progress notes, and behavior plans per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, participate in supervision and training, and analyze data to guide interventions.
