Job summary

Heartland Behavior seeks seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in home or community-based ABA sessions. You’ll implement evidence-based interventions, record progress, and collaborate with a dedicated clinical team to help clients reach their goals.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
