Job summary

Heartland Behavior seeks seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in delivering in-home ABA services to children with Autism. You will work part-time, applying evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior, while collaborating with our clinical team and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Act as a core member of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
