Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in home and community settings. You will deliver evidence-based ABA services, contribute to care plans, and record session data with precision.

Positions start part-time with opportunities for professional advancement within a thriving ABA team. Paid training is provided, and you can build hours toward BCBA goals while helping families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working with clients.
• Patience, compassion and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and complete training.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients to support independence and positive behavior.
• Work as part of a clinical team and implement skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Engage with families and maintain a supportive learning environment.
