Heartland Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in home or community settings. You will work within a dedicated clinical team delivering evidence-based ABA interventions and tracking progress.

The role offers part-time hours, flexible scheduling, same-day pay, and advancement opportunities through BCBA partnerships. You’ll have autonomy to select cases and participate in fellowships and internships.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience and compassion; ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
