heartlandbehavior is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in their homes or community settings through evidence-based ABA services.

The role offers part-time opportunities, flexible scheduling, and strong clinical support with pathways for career advancement through BCBA partnerships. No experience? Paid training is provided, with a commitment of 6 months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Be an important part of our clinical team by directly implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment for clients while building strong connections with their families.
