Job summary

Friendship Community Care Inc. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to engage clients with ASD, monitor progress, and collect data for behavioral support services.

You will assist the Behavior Analyst, help implement treatment plans, and enter data into the Electronic Health Record system. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to obtain the RBT credential within 60 days and pass the BACB exam.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must earn the RBT credential within the first 60 days of employment and pass the RBT exam.
• Preferred experience working with children or adults with autism or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage, monitor, collect data and report on behavioral support services.
• Assist in plan of care as instructed by the Behavior Analyst and implement treatment plans.
• Enter data into the Electronic Health Record system and maintain accurate documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with the Behavior Analyst and team.
