Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Pediatric Registered Behavior Technician – EIBI to provide direct therapeutic contact under supervision, following BCBA-designed intervention plans for individuals with developmental disabilities.

The role involves delivering one-on-one ABA-based therapy across settings, documenting sessions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. A valid RBT certification is required within 60 days of hire, with a high school diploma and BLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 60 days of hire.
• Completed a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with autism and related disabilities or behavioral challenges.
• Ability to follow behavior intervention plans accurately and adapt interventions based on individual client needs.
• Adherence to BACB ethical and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs and conduct direct one-on-one therapy sessions.
• Provide support in homes, schools, or community settings and document progress notes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, parents, and the treatment team for consistency of treatment.
• Collect and analyze data on client progress and adjust as advised by the BCBA.
