Job summary

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 60 days of hire.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Adherence to BACB ethical and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy sessions.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs.
• Document and maintain records of sessions and progress notes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team including parents and other professionals.
• Participate in supervision and training to stay current with ABA practices.
