Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with NYS license.
• Strong clinical documentation skills.
• Familiarity with CMS billing regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Experience in home health or community care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy, completeness and integrity of documentation completed by the COC.
• Ensure OASIS assessments are completed per CMS guidelines.
• Collaborate with a fixed group of COCs to maintain quality.
• Support training and guidance as needed.
