Americare is seeking a Quality Reviewer RN to join our team in Michigan. The role focuses on validating nursing documentation and ensuring OASIS-C compliance with CMS rules. Training is provided and normal daytime hours apply in an office setting.

Ideal candidates will hold an NYS RN license, possess strong documentation abilities, and be highly organized with excellent communication skills. Home health experience is a plus, and the company offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

The Position: Quality Reviewer RN

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

The Quality Reviewer is a Registered Professional Nurse who will ensure the accuracy, completeness and integrity of documentation completed by the COC.. This individual will be assigned to a set group of COCs.. The QR’s main area of responsibility will be to ensure that OASIS assessments are completed in accordance with CMS Regulatory Requirements and Conventions for completing OASIS-C (Chapter 3) in the OASIS-C Guidance Manual.
