Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavior plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team.
• Conduct assessments and data collection to inform treatment plans.
• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disorders.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure effective communication and implementation of treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatment progress and data collection.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA.
