Job summary

Astra ABA in Greensboro, North Carolina is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead interdisciplinary teams and design individualized treatment plans for children with autism and related disorders. The BCBA will conduct assessments, analyze data, and collaborate with parents and healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or eligibility.
• Master's or doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on client progress and goals.
• Conduct behavioral assessments, including FBAs and BSAs.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment outcomes and make data-driven decisions.
• Provide coaching and guidance to ABA staff and therapists on behavior reduction techniques, reinforcement strategies, and data collection methods.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to share findings, recommendations, and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress, treatment plans, and service delivery.
