Job summary

Medical University of South Carolina seeks a Quality and Safety Coordinator to support the Pediatric Quality Program within the QAPI for CHW ICCE. You will collect and analyze relevant quality data, benchmark performance, and lead multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes.

The role presents performance to governance groups and supports all QAPI, regulatory and accreditation activities. Bachelor’s in Nursing with 5+ years’ RN pediatrics or a master's with 2 years healthcare PI experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
• Minimum five years as RN in pediatrics and/or a master’s degree with two years healthcare PI experience.
• Strong knowledge in quality and performance improvement; communication and collaboration across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Support Pediatric Quality Program within the QAPI framework.
• Collect, analyze, and disseminate quality data to stakeholders.
• Benchmark performance and lead multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes.
• Present performance to oversight and governance groups; support regulatory activities.
