- Associate’s degree as a Certified Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Current state-issued professional licensure.
- Valid state driver license and CPR certification.
- Pediatric clinical or home health experience preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Provide medically prescribed PT under supervision in pediatric home health.
- Direct patient and caregiver as outlined in treatment plan.
- Maintain timely documentation and productive caseload.
- Collaborate with PT supervisor and office staff for coordinated care.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development.
