KidsCare Home Health seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide pediatric physical therapy in patients' homes in Texas, under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. You will implement treatment plans to improve mobility and independence for children with special needs.

The role emphasizes a balanced caseload, collaboration with families, and regulatory compliance. A state PTA license and CPR certification are required; pediatric home health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree as a Certified Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Current state-issued professional licensure.
• Pediatric home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy under PT supervision for pediatric patients in home health settings.
• Direct patient and caregiver as outlined in treatment plan.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation and progress notes.
• Coordinate care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain appropriate caseload and productive output.
• Attend continuing education activities and expand scope of service.
