Job summary

MedCare Pediatric seeks a Home Health Pediatric Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver one-on-one therapy in children's homes, daycares, and schools. Join a collaborative team focused on growth and high-quality care while enjoying flexible scheduling that supports work-life balance.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited PTA program and TX PTA license (or eligibility). Pediatric experience is preferred, bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
• Current Texas PTA license or eligible by start date.
• One year of experience preferred; new grads welcome.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services under direction of licensed PT.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
• Educate families/caregivers on exercises and home programs.
• Monitor patient progress and report to supervising PT.
• Collaborate with physicians and therapists for coordinated care.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation.
