KidsCare Home Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to provide pediatric physical therapy services in patients' homes under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. The role emphasizes compassionate care and collaboration with families and caregivers.

Qualifications

• AssociAte’s degree as a Certified Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Current state-issued professional licensure.
• Valid state driver license and CPR certification.
• Pediatric clinical experience and home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical physical therapy under supervision of a PT for pediatric patients in home health.
• Direct patient and caregiver as outlined in the treatment plan with PT collaboration.
• Maintain documentation and timely reporting to PT supervisor.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Support productivity and contribute to team goals.
• Serve as backup service provider for other caseloads when needed.
