Creative Solutions Services, LLC in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 13-week, onsite pediatric therapy assignment starting 10/19/2026. Day shift, 40 hours per week, with a weekly stipend of $1,267 and hourly range $27-$28.

The role focuses on outpatient pediatric rehab with patients presenting balance, neuromuscular, orthopedic issues, toe walking, torticollis, scoliosis, and related conditions. Experience in outpatient pediatric rehab is required.

Guaranteed Hours per Week: 40

Call Requirement: No

Weekend Requirement: No

Float Requirement: Only if there is low census in the home department

Other requirements: Experience in outpatient pediatric rehab setting


Candidate will be working in an Outpatient pediatric rehab setting.
