Job summary

San Juan Regional Medical Center in Farmington, NM is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week onsite contract. The role supports Pediatric Outpatient Rehab with a 7:00 am – 5:30 pm schedule, 4 days a week (Mon-Thu). Weekly guaranteed hours are 36–40, with overtime by approval.

Requires NM SLP license with CCCs and BLS, 1 year experience. The position offers a competitive hourly rate and is located at the Rehabilitation Department, Cerner EMR used.

Additional Notes:

• Hours: 7:00 am - 5:30pm; Breaks: Unpaid 30 min lunch break 1230-1300 **NOTE: Time off/Holidays: TBD
• Days of Week: Mon-Thursday
• Mandatory Meetings: Expected to attend, if occurs during UNPAID 30 min lunch break, will adjust timecard to reflect and convert to PAID
• Dress code: Dark Gray(Pewter) top and Black pants. Scrubs or polo/button up. No jeans.
• ALL required vaccinations verified

• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Speech/Language Delay, Autism, Trisomy 21, Artic/Phono
• Required Education: Based on NM State Licensing Board
