Job summary

Boston Children’s Hospital in Needham, MA is seeking a dedicated full-time Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team, providing expert assessment and treatment to young patients.

You will design and implement individualized therapy programs, document progress, educate families, and collaborate with physicians. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available.

This role requires at least 3 years of licensed PT experience and MA licensure, with preferred pediatric, sports, or orthopedic experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy (DPT preferred).
• Minimum 3+ years of licensed PT experience.
• Pediatric, sports, and orthopedics experience preferred.
• MA physical therapy license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex diagnostic evaluations and verify referrals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment programs.
• Administer procedures, set goals, and prepare discharge/home plans.
• Educate patients and families, monitor outcomes, and adjust care.
• Recommend orthotics and assistive equipment as needed.
• Record documentation and billing data for reimbursement.
• Participate in training, supervision, and student externships.
