Qualifications

• Pediatric physical therapy experience preferred; license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic evaluations and assess functional status per guidelines.
• Develop and implement individualized PT treatment plans with clear goals.
• Recommend orthotics or assistive devices when appropriate and educate caregivers.
• Document assessments and treatments for medical records and billing.
