Job summary

Boston Children's Hospital is seeking a dedicated full-time Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team. The role is split between Boston and Weymouth locations, with free parking in Weymouth.

You will perform complex evaluations, design individualized treatment plans, and educate patients and families as part of a comprehensive pediatric rehabilitation program. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with opportunities for professional development and participation in departmental

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy required; Doctorate preferred.
• Minimum of 3+ years of licensed PT experience.
• New hires are eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
• Schedule is M-F, and split between Boston and Weymouth locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic evaluations and interpret tests to assess functional status.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans; establish goals and discharge plans.
• Recommend orthotics and assistive devices; train patients and families in use.
• Document assessments, diagnoses, and billing information per standards.
• Support clinical education and supervise trainees as needed.
