Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Licensure as a registered physical therapist by the Massachusetts Department of Health.
• A minimum of one (1) year related experience; familiarity with a pediatric population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides formal and informal evaluation of functional capabilities of clients.
• Develops and implements individual treatment plans with measurable outcomes.
• Maintains written documentation of evaluations and treatment plans.
• Participates as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
• Provides instruction to integrate IEP goals into educational programs.
