Small Talk Pediatric Therapy in New Albany, IN is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our pediatric team. You’ll work with children and families, delivering individualized care and collaborating with a supportive, multidisciplinary staff.

New graduates are welcome. We offer a full-time, in‑person schedule with four 10‑hour days or five 8‑hour days, time for documentation, and opportunities to contribute ideas for improving care.

Qualifications

• Must have PT degree and license or eligibility to obtain license.
• New graduates welcome to apply.
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate pediatric gross motor development, mobility, strength, balance, coordination, ROM, and movement-related needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with meaningful, functional goals.
• Provide engaging, evidence-based interventions that support movement, independence, and participation.
• Incorporate purposeful play into therapy activities.
• Help families understand progress and use practical strategies between visits.
• Recommend equipment and support its use when appropriate to the child’s needs.
• Collaborate with teammates and other professionals involved in the child’s care.
• Maintain timely evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Bring curiosity and ideas to improve clinical services.
