The Phoenix Center for Rehab & Pediatrics is actively seeking devoted Physical Therapists to join our pediatric-focused team in New Jersey. The role involves managing care for residents, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and delivering cost-efficient, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active NJ license as a PT or PTA.
• School certification with IEP experience preferred.
• Pediatric experience a plus.
• Weekend/holiday rotation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy programs focused on pediatric rehabilitation.
• Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery.
• Evaluate effects of therapy and communicate progress.
• Record and document patient progress.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for patient-centered care.
