Job summary

Sunny Days Early Childhood Developmental Services, Inc. (Sunny Days) provides pediatric physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language therapy, and special education services.

We hire skilled practitioners to serve infants and toddlers with developmental delays in homes and community settings across multiple counties. We offer competitive rates based on experience, access to trainings, mentorship, and a sign-on bonus up to $1,000.

Qualifications

• New York PT license required.
• Experience with Early Intervention or equivalent pediatric experience is required.
• Experience with home-based service delivery preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills are essential for working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy services to infants, children, and families.
• Follow IFSP and develop methods to reach each child’s developmental goals.
• Coach families and caregivers on intervention strategies.
• Deliver services in homes, daycare centers, and community settings.
• Ensure progress is documented and caregivers are actively involved.
