Job summary

Sunny Days Early Childhood Developmental Services, Inc. is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide pediatric PT under Early Intervention programs in southeastern PA.

The role focuses on infants and toddlers with developmental delays in home and community settings with a family-centered approach. Sunny Days is a women-led organization with over 25 years in pediatrics, offering flexible scheduling, competitive hourly wages, and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• PA Physical Therapy license is required.
• Early Intervention experience or equivalent is required.
• Pediatric experience is required.
• Home-based service delivery experience is preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy services and consult with family members and other professionals.
• Follow IFSP and develop methodologies for reaching each child’s developmental goals.
• Coach family members and caregivers on intervention strategies for home and community settings.
• Provide services in homes, daycare centers, and other community settings.
• Ensure progress generalization with active caregiver participation and team communication.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
