Eligible applicants hold a PA PT license and have Early Intervention or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• PA Physical Therapy (PT) license required.
• Experience in Early Intervention or equivalent.
• Pediatric experience required.
• Home-based service delivery experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy services to pediatric clients.
• Follow IFSP; develop methods to meet developmental goals.
• Coach families and caregivers on intervention strategies.
• Deliver services in homes, daycare centers, or community settings.
• Ensure progress is documented; maintain confidentiality per regulations.
• Prepare progress reports and coordinate with broader team.
