Job summary

Home of Guiding Hands is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Infant Development Assessments team in Imperial Valley County. This part-time, on-site role focuses on developmental evaluations for infants and toddlers in homes and community settings.

You will assess development, meet families, and prepare reports while connecting families with early intervention services. California PT license and CAPTE-approved master’s program are required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young children (infants/toddlers).
• Master's in Physical Therapy from CAPTE-approved program.
• California PT license required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Infant and Toddler Developmental Assessments for young children.
• Coordinate appointments with families and assessment partners.
• Evaluate developmental abilities and identify age ranges.
• Prepare detailed assessment reports.
• Assist with IFSP portions and service recommendations.
• Travel within San Diego/Imperial counties for home visits.
