Job summary

The New England Center for Children (NECC) in Southborough, MA is seeking a part-time Physical Therapy Assistant to support students with autism through individualized therapy and mobility goals. The role offers collaboration with PT, OT, and education teams in a mission-driven environment.

The ideal candidate holds a CAPTE-accredited PTA program, an active PTA license, and pediatric experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or CAPTE-accredited PTA program completion.
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant is required.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized therapy and exercise plans to support students’ mobility goals.
• Deliver treatment plans based on PT assessments and IEP goals.
• Train staff on adaptive equipment use and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Support classroom and residential accommodations.
