Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to an assigned caseload of students in ACCEPT programs.
• Conduct evaluations and administer assessments as assigned.
• Write IEP goals and progress reports each term.
• Take session notes and monitor progress.
• Provide direct services in push-in or pull-out models as needed.
• Consult with teachers and families to generalize skills across settings.
• Travel to all collaborative locations as required.
