Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Pediatric Psychiatrist to join an embedded, multidisciplinary primary care team in the Seacoast region of NH. The role involves direct clinical care of patients ages 0–22, as well as Collaborative Care Management responsibilities within an integrated care model.

You will work closely with primary care, nursing and behavioral health clinicians to develop and manage comprehensive treatment plans, prescribe meds, and provide ongoing case consultations and

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical college or university.
• Board-certification or board-eligibility in pediatric psychiatry.
• Experience with Collaborative Care Management (CoCM) or liaison psychiatry.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
• Ability to flex between outpatient and inpatient settings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for pediatric patients (ages 0–22).
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents with complex psychiatric conditions.
• Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications.
• Provide weekly Collaborative Care Management caseload consultations to behavioral health care managers.
• Offer psychiatric expertise and guidance through telephonic or electronic case consultations with primary care providers.
