Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with CPR certification.
• Minimum of 6 months nursing experience; home health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 pediatric private duty nursing care.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes.
• Administer medications and IV treatments safely.
• Communicate clearly with the family and care team.
