Job summary

Bluebird Kids Health is seeking a Practice Supervisor to oversee day-to-day Conway clinic operations, managing administrative and clinical staff and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The role focuses on patient-centered care, staff development, and maintaining high-quality clinical operations.

You will lead site growth initiatives, optimize revenue cycles, and coordinate with central teams to deliver exceptional care and family experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as practice manager in healthcare.
• Pediatric experience a plus.
• Strong leadership and staff motivation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations at the Conway site.
• Manage administrative and clinical staff and patient care coordination.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
• Support site-specific growth initiatives and patient engagement.
• Lead staff scheduling, HR processes, and facilities coordination.
• Manage vendor relations and IT/security liaison for the site.
