Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking a Part-Time PMHNP to perform psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management for children and teens. The role is fully remote with 20 hours per week (17 clinical, 3 non-clinical), offering a stable W-2 arrangement and full benefits.

Base salary is $72,500 with additional earnings at $100 per clinical hour, and total earning potential can exceed $175,000 annually. Licensure sponsorship is provided for PA, VA, NJ, or MD.

Qualifications

• PMHNP-BC certification is required.
• Active license in PA, VA, NJ or MD (or willingness to obtain via sponsor).
• DEA license and State Prescriptive Authority.
• At least 1 year of independent psychiatric experience with youth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for ages 2–26.
• Develop treatment plans and manage medication for children and adolescents.
• Collaborate with therapists to integrate care and address root causes.
• Oversee diagnostic testing and HIPAA-compliant record keeping.
