Blackbird Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our Pennsylvania team. You will perform psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management for children, adolescents, and young adults, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

This part-time W-2 role offers a base salary of $72,500 with additional earnings for extra patients, a hybrid work model, full benefits, and ongoing clinical support.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• PMHNP-BC certification in good standing.
• Active PA PMHNP/APRN license with prescriptive authority.
• DEA license and State Prescriptive Authority.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric care including evaluations and diagnoses for youth.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and manage medication.
• Build therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
• Collaborate with therapists and interdisciplinary colleagues for integrated care.
• Educate families about diagnoses and treatment options.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and ensure safety.
