Job summary

MRINetwork is seeking a Director of the PICU and Rapid Response Team in Detroit, MI to lead daily operations, clinical performance, staff development, and patient safety across two high-acuity pediatric service lines. You will collaborate with physicians, APPs, nursing teams and hospital leaders to ensure rapid intervention readiness.

Requires a Master’s degree (Nursing preferred) plus 3 years of progressive clinical and leadership experience and an active Michigan RN license.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required (Nursing, Business, Health Care Administration, or related field).
• At least 3 years of progressive clinical + leadership experience.
• Active RN license in Michigan; strong leadership in pediatric or critical care.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations, clinical performance, staff development, and patient safety across two high-acuity pediatric service lines.
• Works closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing teams, and hospital executives to ensure rapid intervention readiness.
• Drives family-centered clinical excellence and safety initiatives.
